Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using getBeyond AI (the "App") at app.getbeyond.in or getbeyond.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users of the getBeyond AI Chrome extension.
2. Definitions
- App: The getBeyond AI platform, website, and Chrome extension.
- Insights: Personality profiles, communication guides, and related outputs generated by the App based on submitted text.
- Customer Data: Text, PDFs, or other content you submit to the App to generate Insights.
- User: Any individual accessing or using the App.
3. Access and License
Subject to these Terms, getBeyond AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the App solely for your internal business purposes. getBeyond AI may suspend, limit, or terminate access at any time and for any reason without notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Insights to harass, stalk, or threaten any individual.
- Use Insights to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
- Use Insights or Customer Data to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine learning model, whether your own or a third party's.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Use the App to build a competing product or service.
- Scrape or automatically extract data from the App.
- Submit any sensitive personal data such as health, financial, or government identification information.
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Nature of Personality Insights
Insights generated by getBeyond AI are suggestive in nature and are intended as communication guides only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. You assume all risk in relying on or acting upon any Insights. getBeyond AI is not liable for any decisions made based on the Insights.
6. Intellectual Property
getBeyond AI owns all rights, title, and interest in the App, including all software, design, and content. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the App to you.
You retain ownership of your Customer Data. By submitting Customer Data, you grant getBeyond AI a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the App to you.
7. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including LinkedIn, OpenAI, and Anthropic. getBeyond AI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these services. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. GETBEYOND AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETBEYOND AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GETBEYOND AI'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE LESSER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO GETBEYOND AI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold getBeyond AI and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, loss, or damage (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of any Insights.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate access to the App at any time. getBeyond AI may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases and you must stop using it.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
