1. Introduction

getBeyond AI ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website at getbeyond.ai and the application at app.getbeyond.in. We provide AI-powered sales roleplay and deal preparation tools, including a personality analyzer that processes professional profile text to generate communication insights.

This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide our service:

• Profile text you submit: Text copied from LinkedIn profiles, any text you paste directly on the app, or content uploaded as a PDF, used solely to generate a personality analysis.
• Analysis results: The personality profile we generate from your submitted text, stored in our database.
• Usage data: A browser fingerprint and cookie used to track your usage. No personal identity is linked to this data.
• Contact information: If you email us, we retain your email address to respond to your inquiry.

When you sign up using Google, Microsoft Outlook, or LinkedIn, we collect and store your name and email address as provided by those services. We do not collect payment information.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To generate and return a personality analysis for the text you submit.
• To track your usage using browser-based signals.
• To improve the accuracy of our personality analysis model (using anonymized, aggregated data only).
• To respond to support or privacy inquiries sent to us directly.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain analysis logs until you request deletion. To request that your data be deleted, email us at nikita@getbeyond.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use a single cookie and browser local storage to track your usage. These are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

We also use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand aggregate site traffic. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.

6. Third-Party Services and AI

Analytics are provided by Google Analytics. Profile text you submit is processed by OpenAI and Anthropic APIs. These providers process data under strict confidentiality agreements and do not use your data to train their models. getBeyond AI does not use your data to train any AI or machine learning models.

7. Analysis of Third-Party Individuals

When a getBeyond AI user submits a LinkedIn profile or other text about another individual ("the subject"), that subject may not be aware their information is being analyzed. We only process text that is publicly available or explicitly submitted by the user. We do not scrape, store, or redistribute the original source text. Only the generated personality insights are retained.

If you are an individual who does not wish to have personality insights generated about you on our platform, you may submit an opt-out request to nikita@getbeyond.in. We will add your details to our do-not-analyze list. Subjects may also request deletion of any insights generated about them by emailing us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the data you submit. Profile text and analysis results are stored in a secured database accessible only to our systems. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Users and Data Transfers

getBeyond AI is operated from India and governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Our servers are hosted on DigitalOcean in India. If you are located in the EU, UK, or Australia, your data is transferred to and stored in India. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Automated Decision-Making

Personality profiles generated by getBeyond AI are produced using automated processing of submitted text. No human reviews individual analyses before they are returned to you. These profiles are intended as communication guides only and do not constitute decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Chrome Extension

The getBeyond AI Chrome extension operates on LinkedIn profile pages to help you generate personality insights for the person you are viewing. The extension:

• Reads page content only on LinkedIn profile pages, and only when you actively trigger an analysis. It does not read or collect data while you browse other websites.
• Sends profile text from the LinkedIn page to getBeyond AI servers for personality analysis.
• Uses local storage to maintain your session and track usage.
• Does not access your Gmail, Outlook, calendar, or any data outside of the LinkedIn page you are viewing.

The extension does not passively monitor your browsing activity. Data is only transmitted when you explicitly request an analysis.

13. Change of Control

If getBeyond AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via the email address associated with your getBeyond AI account of any such change and your options at that time.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
